How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. It's quick and easy!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@darggoshop.com.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination: EU orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days, and international orders within 7–14 business days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are defective or damaged. Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please visit our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@darggoshop.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Yes, all our products are printed and produced on demand. This means each item is made specifically for you, ensuring freshness and reducing waste.
Will the colours look exactly as shown?
We do our best to display accurate colours, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.
