Shipping & Delivery Policy – DarggoShop

At DarggoShop, we operate on a Print-on-Demand model. This means every item is uniquely manufactured just for you once your order is confirmed. This approach allows us to reduce environmental waste and ensure you always receive freshly printed, premium designs.

1. Production (Processing) Times Because our products are made to order, there is a processing period before your items are shipped:

  • Estimated Production Time: 2 to 5 business days.

  • Note: During high-volume holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Estimated Delivery Times Once your product is printed and handed over to the carrier, average shipping times are:

  • Portugal & Europe: 3 to 8 business days.

  • Rest of the World: 7 to 15 business days.

  • Note: Your total wait time is the sum of Production Time + Shipping Time.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Delivery Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination country.

  • Free Shipping: All orders over €50 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.

4. Order Tracking As soon as your order is printed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. Split Shipments (Multiple Items) We partner with a network of specialized printing facilities to guarantee the highest quality. If your order includes different types of products (e.g., a T-shirt and a Mug), they may be manufactured at different locations and shipped in separate packages. Please do not worry if one item arrives before the other.

6. Address Accuracy & Missed Deliveries

  • Customer Responsibility: It is strictly the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

  • Missed Deliveries: If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available, the package may be held at a local collection point for a limited time (usually 5 to 7 days). If it is not claimed within this timeframe, it will be returned to our distribution center.

7. Customs & Import Taxes The majority of our products destined for European customers are printed within the European Union, meaning there are no customs fees. However, for international shipments outside the EU, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
